das Jahr 2022 neigt sich langsam dem Ende zu. Neben der immer noch existierenden Corona-Pandemie und dem Krieg in der Ukraine, die das Leben deutlich beschwerlicher und teurer machen, gibt es auch gute Nachrichten aus dem Bereich der Modellautos. So hat sich die Marke Matchbox definitiv wieder gefangen und dieses Jahr zahlreiche tolle Modelle herausgebracht. Hauptproblem bleibt dabei allerdings die Verfügbarkeit der Neuheiten. Mein persönliches Highlight dieses Jahr war das Sammlertreffen des Matchbox-Mania-Forums, an dem ich zwar nur kurz teilnehmen, aber dafür wertvolle neue Kontakte mit Gleichgesinnten knüpfen konnte. Auch drei tolle Vitrinen konnte ich von dort mitnehmen, in denen einige Modelle nun ihren Platz finden werden. Mein geplanter Besuch auf dem Kinderflohmarkt in Rheine musste leider ausfallen, generell war es in Sachen Flohmarkt ein sehr mäßiges Jahr für mich. Denn auf dem Flohrian in Dortmund und den Kasseler Flohmärkten war so gut wie nichts für mich dabei. Dafür konnte ich beim Besuch des Miwula in Hamburg endlich die beiden Actros MP4 von Schuco einkaufen, die schon länger auf meiner Liste entstanden. Vor wenigen Tagen war ich zudem wieder im Elsass unterwegs, die Ausbeute dort war durchaus zufriedenstellend. Einige tolle Neuheiten konnte ich im Sommer zudem bei Tom's in den Niederlanden mitnehmen, den Besuch im dortigen Ladengeschäft kann ich wärmstens empfehlen. Ernüchternd lief es hingegen bei WSI-Models, die kaum noch 1/87 Trucks im Store hatten. Daher werde ich mich zwecks neuer Truck-Modelle künftig wohl wieder auf die IAA Nutzfahrzeuge in Deutschland konzentrieren.
Aktuell widme ich mich in erster Linie meinem Blog, wo nach Hot Wheels nun die Modelle von Tomica vorgestellt werden. Dieses wird vorraussichtlich bis in den Januar 2023 dauern, anschließend folgt Welly. Parallel laufen derzeit die Vorbereitungen für Realtoy und Maisto. Aber auch der Shop-Bereich wird weiter aufgefüllt, es bleibt also viel zu tun.

numerous great models this year. However, the main problem remains the availability of the
innovations. My personal highlight of this year was the collectors' meeting of the
Matchbox Mania meeting, which I was only able to attend for a short time, but was able to
make valuable new contacts with like-minded people. I was also able to take three great
showcases with me from there, in which some models will now find their place. Unfortunately,
my planned visit to the children's flea market in Rheine had to be cancelled, in general
it was a very mediocre year for me in terms of flea markets. Because at the Flohrian in
Dortmund and the Kassel flea markets there was almost nothing for me. On the other
hand, when I visited the Miwula in Hamburg, I was finally able to buy the two Actros MP4s
from Schuco that had been on my list for a long time. A few days ago I was also on the road
in Alsace again, the yield there was likely to be met. I was also able to pick up some
great new items at Tom's in the Netherlands, and I can warmly recommend a visit to the
store there. On the other hand, things were sobering with WSI models, who hardly had any
1/87 trucks in the store. Therefore, for the purpose of new truck models, I will probably
concentrate on the IAA Commercial Vehicles in Germany again in the future.
At the moment I am primarily dedicating myself to my blog, where, after Hot Wheels, the
Tomica models are now being presented. This will probably continue until January 2023,
after which Welly will follow. At the same time, preparations are currently underway for
Realtoy and Maisto. But the shop area will also continue to be filled up, so there is
still a lot to do.
